To SERC Registered Ballot Body Members:
SERC Registered Ballot Body (RBB) members may join the ballot pool to be eligible to vote on the proposed SERC Underfrequency Load Shedding (UFLS) regional reliability standard (PRC-006-SERC-01). The period to register to join the ballot pool will be open from October 2nd through November 9, 2009 (see below link). Any member of the SERC RBB may join or drop out of the ballot pool throughout the period. The ballot pool will consider all enrollment requests through close-of-business on November 9th, and will be formed on November 10th.

Draft 3a of this standard is currently posted for comment through October 15, 2009 (see below link). We anticipate that this will be the its last comment posting period. We expect to open a ten-day ballot pool voting window on the final draft of the SERC regional UFLS standard on November 10, 2009.

If you are not currently a member of the SERC RBB, you can apply to join at any time. An application form is posted on the SERC website (see below link). New applications processed before the start of the ballot pool voting window are eligible to join the ballot pool.
