To Self-Report a possible violation of a Reliability Standard please log into the Portal and choose Self Reports -> Add Self Report from the left navigation menu. Complete the information and select Submit to SERC. Detailed instructions can be found by clicking HERE and referring to the SERC Portal Self Reporting training document.
