The eight Regional Entities with delegation agreements from the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (FRCC, MRO, NPCC, ReliabilityFirst, SERC, SPP RE, Texas RE and WECC) have collaborated on the development of a common web site to facilitate dissemination of information to registered entities across North America. The purpose of the website is to provide transparency in the conduct of Regional Entity activities to the owners, operators and users of the Bulk Power System who are subject to mandatory Reliability Standards under Section 215 of the Federal Power Act (US) and under similar arrangements in other applicable jurisdictions.
