The CIP Compliance Enforcement Engineer/Specialist is responsible for the review and evaluation of facts and circumstances to establish Compliance Staff’s findings and conclusions of alleged violations of NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Reliability Standards, including the development of penalties and sanctions for alleged violations of CIP Standards and the review and acceptance of Mitigation Plans and verification of their timely completion.
