This page provides quick links to reference materials regarding the Compliance Registry and its development and implementation.  The Compliance Registry is the list of users, owners and operators of the Bulk-Power System (“Registered Entities”) that are responsible for complying with Reliability Standards.  Registered Entities listed in the Compliance Registry in the SERC Region will be monitored for compliance with Reliability Standards and will be subject to sanctions and penalties for non-compliance in accordance with the NERC/SERC Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program.

Joint Registration (JRO) / Coordinated Functional Registration (CFR)

Entities should this form to request a JRO or CFR.  It must be returned to SERC staff in Excel format for review, and SERC staff will forward the form to NERC for final processing.  Please reference SERC Implementation Procedure 2.0, and the notes embedded in the spreadsheet, to assist you in filling out the form.  Additional questions should be directed to serccomply@serc1.org.
